How to order GoBox

Open your Gojek app, look for the GoBox icon. Tap it.

2․ Choose the category according to your needs

You can order Gobox for “moving” or “large delivery”

3․ Fill in delivery address

Send from where to where, with whom can you contact? Plus, write down if there are additional instructions / needs.

4․ Add item details

Describe your items specifically, e.g. how big/fragile items they are. Make sure they follow the size requirements accordingly.

5․ Choose a truck according to your needs

If you are confused, GoBox will give you a recommendation which truck is the most suitable for your needs.

6․ Review everything, before hitting Order!
