2024 has been a great year of growth and milestones, made possible by the valuable contributions of all of you who are the core of our business.
This year, we’ve focused on making Gojek an even better platform for you, strengthening ourGoalBetter benefits, introduced new product features, and launched new GoFleet initiatives to enhance your experience.
From all-day incentives to GoalBetter benefits, dedicated driver support, community events, and rental rewards, we’re here to make your experience the greatest. At the end of the day, Gojek is a platform for every driver to benefit from.
Here are some of the highlights that we’ve collectively achieved together.
GoalBetter benefits to better support all drivers
Expanded range of benefits
In 2024, we welcomed 10 new partners to the GoalBetter program to bring you more comprehensive benefits across categories from fuel to lifestyle & wellness, electronics, and mobile/telco.
Our new partners include Airleo, CDG Engie, Circles.Life, EasyCleanSG, Gain City, HOP Medical Centre, Intellect, NTUC Club (D’Resort), Resorts World Sentosa and VisionPal.
Higher fuel savings of up to 36%
To better support you amid rising operating costs, we revamped our fuel program in October to increase your upfront discounts to up to 31% with $50 worth of Esso eVouchers every month, and up to 36% fuel savings for Elite tier drivers-partners.
Product improvements to enhance your experience
On top of protecting your wellbeing with GoalBetter, we are also always working to improve our offerings to bring you a better Gojek.
New features
In May, we introduced a Shift Booking feature trial that allows selected driver-partners to choose their preferred driving timings and areas while enjoying additional incentives.
In the same month, we rolled out a Ratings Exclusion feature where ratings irrelevant to your performance and/or without comments will be removed from your profile to provide you with a fairer experience on our platform.
In July, we launched a Facial Recognition login feature for a more secure and convenient experience on GoPartner.
New service type
In November, we launched a trial for GoCar Flash, a new service type where you can enjoy trips with closer matches and more than 15% higher fares. Read more here.
Driving demand for more rides
New & enhanced partnerships to increase demand
In April, we entered into a partnership with ComfortDelGro Taxi (CDG) to provide our customers with more transport choices while improving ride availability and wait times throughout the day. This ensures a healthy supply of drivers at any time, which ultimately results in happy customers and more bookings over time to boost all drivers’ earnings.
Building on our existing Loyalty partnership with yuu, Gojek customers can earn yuu Points in the form of cash rebates on Gojek rides when they link their yuu and Gojek accounts, further incentivizing them to stay on our platform.
Customer promos
On top of that, we ramped up our marketing efforts and ran various customer promo codes such as YE$, GOAIRPORT, and other flash promotions throughout the year.
These efforts go a long way to build demand which translates to more bookings over time to boost all your earnings and provide you with better earnings stability.
A community for all driver-partners
In 2024, we focused on celebrating your hard work and providing even better support with dedicated Masterclasses for new drivers and regular focus groups to gather feedback to continually improve your experience. More than 1,000 of you and your loved ones were invited to join us at driver appreciation events this year, and I hope to see even more of you in 2025.

Plans for a sustainable business in 2025
Service fees
Service fees will remain at 10% as part of our commitment to help drivers earn more on every trip with less reliance on incentives.
Driver fee
The Driver fee will be extended until 31 March 2025 to help boost your take home earnings. This fee of $0.50/$0.80 is paid for by customers and 100% of it goes to you with no service fees applied.
Platform workers protection & Platform fee
As you know, the Platform Worker Bill takes effect from 1 Jan 2025 and seeks to strengthen the protection for platform workers in three areas: (1) CPF contributions, (2) Work injury compensation, and (3) Platform work association representation.
If you have opted-in, or are born after 1 January 1995, CPF contributions will be deducted from your platform earnings by Gojek and submitted to the CPF Board every month. More details: gjk.sg/cpf
As such, from 1 January 2025, Gojek will be revising our platform fees (paid for by customers) upwards by $0.30 to $0.50 to help support regulatory, safety, and operational costs. With this change, platform fees will start from $0.90 and go up to $1.50 per trip.
