We hear you! You can now look forward to birthday perks during your birthday month as GoalBetter Pro and Elite driver-partners.

What are the birthday perks?

Elite driver-partners will receive $50 in ride vouchers, while Pro driver-partners will receive $30.

When will I receive the birthday perks in-app notification?

Eligible driver-partners will receive a personalized in-app notification with your voucher codes during the 1st week of the month. 

How will I know if I’m eligible for the birthday perks?

Driver-partners who meet the following requirements will be eligible for the birthday perks:

• Pro or Elite GoalBetter tier driver-partner during your birthday month as registered with Gojek from May 2021 onwards
• Driver-partners who have completed at least 50 trips within the previous month before your birthday month (e.g. if your birthday is in May, you will need to have completed at least 50 trips from 1 Apr - 30 Apr)

This criteria is subject to change at Gojek’s discretion.

FAQs

Q: Can I share the Gojek ride promo codes with my family / friends?

A: Yes, of course! These unique Gojek ride promo codes can be shared with your family / friends. All they need to do on their Gojek passenger app is click on the main menu → My vouchers → click “Enter here” next to “have a promo code?” to use the promo code.

Q: How long are the codes valid for? 

A: If the promo code is not keyed in to the Gojek app, the promo code will be valid till 31 Dec 2024. However, once the promo code is keyed into the app, it will be valid for the next 30 days.

Q: I can’t see the unique ride promo codes in my notification. Where can I ask for help?

A: Please send in a request for assistance via the in-app help function.

Q: It’s my birthday month, but I didn’t receive the birthday in-app notification.

A: Do note that only Pro and Elite driver-partners who fulfil the above criteria will be eligible for birthday perks. If you have met the criteria but did not receive the in-app notification, please send in a request for assistance via the in-app help function.

Q: My friends and family have some issues with using the Gojek ride promo codes that I shared with them. Where can I ask for help?

A: In the customer app, click on the Main Menu → Help → Payment → “I have a question about vouchers” and fill in the details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
