With the driver fees and higher trip start fares contributing to better overall fares for every trip, on top of recent and upcoming feature and service launches, we hope that driver-partners will be able to take home more earnings with less dependency on incentives for stable earnings.
Rewarding your loyalty with monthly service fee rebates.
From 1 April 2022, Premium (GoFleet only), Pro, and Elite driver-partners will be eligible for up to 25% service fee rebates for all trips completed within the month, upon completing at least 500 monthly trips.
This means that with just 500 minimum trips (instead of the previous 700 trips required to receive the maximum monthly loyalty bonus), Elite GoFleet driver-partners can effectively drive with just 7.5% service fees.
Payouts will be made to your Earnings Wallet on the 1st Tuesday of the following month, 1PM. When the prior month ends on a Monday, payout will be made on the 1st Wednesday of the following month instead.
Extra earnings with daily incentives
From 2 May, we will be revising the points for the daily incentives scheme, which will include a new earnings target for top driver-partners to bring home even more extra earnings of up to $130/day.
With feedback from driver-partners since announcing the revised daily incentives, along with the changing demand patterns with the further relaxation of Singapore’s COVID-19 measures, we’ve made the following improvements:
NEW: GoCar XL and GoCar Premium trips will now receive 2 base points per trip.
Receive bonus points when you drive during the peak hours below.
NEW: Weekday morning peak hours have been extended to 6AM to 9:59AM, based on your feedback.
Receive your daily bonus within an hour of hitting the tiers.
Aim for the highest tiers for up to $130 in daily bonuses on Fridays to Sundays when demand is highest! Minimum 80% performance required.
NEW: We’ve revised the daily bonuses for weekdays (Mon - Thu) so that driver-partners can get a higher daily bonus with the same points for Tiers 1 - 3.
Gojek’s service fees continue to remain unchanged at 10% for every trip – a commitment we’ve made since 2021.
For every GoCar, GoCar XL, or GoCar Premium trip, you continue to take home more earnings on every trip with low service fees.
From 1 April, with the new monthly loyalty service fee rebates, loyal driver-partners can drive with even lower effective service fees as low as just 7.5%.
All driver-partners continue to receive a $3 flat fee for far pick-ups of 3km or more to better reward you for your efforts.
