Introducing GoCar XL - a new service type for larger cars!
From 22 Nov 2021 at 2PM, driver-partners with larger cars will progressively be able to accept GoCar XL trips in addition to GoCar trips.
As part of GoCar XL, these driver-partners will be able to enjoy:

How to accept GoCar XL trips
Only driver-partners whose vehicles have the capacity to take more than 4 passengers will be allocated GoCar XL trips.
This will happen progressively and automatically from 22 Nov 2021 onwards.
To be able to accept GoCar XL trips, please ensure that your GoPartner driver app has been updated to the latest version of 1.15.3 or later. No further actions are required.
How does GoCar XL differ from GoCar trips?
Accepting a GoCar XL booking
To differentiate the GoCar XL trip from a regular GoCar trip, look out for this logo:
The process of accepting and completing a GoCar XL trip is the same as a GoCar trip.

You will also see “GoCar XL” reflected in your Transaction history for GoCar XL trips.
GoCar XL fees and incentives
There will be no difference in service and platform fees. GoCar XL trips will be subject to the same fees as GoCar: tiered platform fee and 15% service fee.
GoCar XL trips will be eligible for the same additional fees as GoCar trips:
All GoCar XL trips will qualify qualify for the same incentives as GoCar trips, so every trip brings you closer to bigger earnings!
💰 $4 for far pick-ups
GoCar XL trips will also be eligible for the $4 flat fee for far pick-ups above 4km. Autobid needs to be turned on to be eligible.
💰 Daily points incentives (full day)
All driver-partners get to earn points throughout the day based on the distance (km) of each trip as calculated in the GoPartner app, and choose trips to complete* based on your preference. You will not be penalized for rejecting or ignoring trips.
💰 Monthly Loyalty Rewards
GoCar XL trips will count towards the minimum monthly trips required for the monthly loyalty rewards to potentially hit 0% service fees!
