We’ve always been on the lookout to support all driver-partners amidst rising operational costs and increasing demand needs. To ensure your livelihood is protected and to strengthen overall reliability of the ride-hailing industry, we will be rolling out a series of initiatives from 1 Nov 2023.
*All incentives and requirements are subject to change at Gojek’s discretion.
1. Only 10% service fees (until at least end 2024)
Earn more on every trip
Service fees of only 10% until at least end 2024, means you take home a bigger share. This is our continued commitment to offer all drivers a stable, sustainable livelihood.

Example: Uncle Bob gets 10 orders and only accepts 3 orders. Regardless of his completion rate, his acceptance rate will be 30%.
Completion rate = Total orders completed / Total orders accepted
(excluding orders canceled by customers and orders canceled within the cancellation quota)
Example: Uncle Bob received 10 orders and only accepted 1 order, which he completed. His completion rate will be 100%.

Peak hour flash incentives from 11 Sep (Limited time only)
As demand for rides has increased during this time period from 5PM-7:59PM, we are offering added bonuses on top of daily incentives if you hit the minimum trip targets. The payout amount and trip targets will differ based on your current GoalBetter tier.
Drive during weekday peak hours to get a bonus $1/trip or $1.20/trip on top of daily incentives once you hit the minimum trip targets

4. Far pickup incentives
Earn an extra $4 for trips with pickups further than 4km. This better compensates drivers for accepting trips that are further away.
The $4 far pick-up incentive will be reflected in your Earnings Wallet together with the trip fares.
In addition, you should also be able to see this under the Incentives section of your weekly earnings statement.
Driving on autobid
Drivers who don’t mind accepting all types of trips can continue to use the autobid feature (enable or disable anytime at driver's convenience) which provides the following benefits:
5. GoalBetter tier qualification/requalification
Only your (1) Trip count and (2) Rating for the past 3 consecutive months will be considered as part of the qualification or requalification criteria*.

Boosting demand
We’ve been running promotions for customers to boost demand and increase orders for you, such as the ongoing “925” promo code, together with upcoming partnerships to increase customer retention.
Driver Fee extension till 31 Dec 2024
We have also extended our Driver Fee till 31 Dec 2024, a fee of $0.50-$0.80/trip paid for by customers to drivers to support you with rising operational costs.
Fare enhancements
To ensure that you are fairly compensated for your time, we have increased the trip start fares and minimum fares for GoCar XL, GoCar Premium and GoCar Kids since 3 Jul 2023.

FAQs
Daily points incentives
Q: Is there a requirement to qualify for the daily incentives? What do I need to do to be eligible?
A: You must meet the 60% acceptance rate and 90% completion rate requirements to qualify for the daily incentives. This new acceptance rate requirement was introduced to improve the reliability of customers being matched with a driver, while continuing to offer you flexibility in choosing trips based on your preference.
Refer below on what completion rate and acceptance rate means:
Completion rate = Total orders completed / Total orders accepted
(excluding orders canceled by customers and orders canceled within the cancellation quota)
Example: Uncle Bob received 10 orders and only accepted 1 order, which he completed. His completion rate will be 100%.
Acceptance rate = Total orders accepted / Total orders received
Example: Uncle Bob gets 10 orders and only accepts 3 orders. Regardless of his completion rate, his acceptance rate will be 30%.
Q: When will I receive the daily incentive payout if I am eligible?
A: You will receive the payout to your Earnings Wallet within an hour of hitting the respective points tier and meeting the 60% acceptance rate and 90% completion rate requirements.
Q: Will there be service fees on the daily incentive payout?
A: No, there are no additional service fees on the payouts.
Q: How are the points/distance calculated?
A: Points are allocated based on the distance calculated between the pickup point and destination within the Gojek system and are final.
Q: Will all trips be eligible for the daily incentives?
A: All GoCar, GoCar XL, GoCar Kids, GoCar XL Kids, and GoCar Premium trips are eligible for the daily incentives. However, GoTaxi trips will NOT qualify for the points incentives.
Q: Will I be able to see the incentive schemes in the GoPartner app?
A: You will be able to see the incentive scheme details under Earnings > Incentive tab within the GoPartner app. Click on Points scheme for details on how to earn points.
Monthly Loyalty Rewards
Q: Who is eligible for the enhanced Monthly Loyalty Rewards?
A: All driver-partners continue to be eligible as long as they have hit the trip targets, except for Classic and Premium non-GoFleet tier driver-partners.
Q: What is the start and end period of the trips requirement for the Monthly Loyalty Rewards?
A: Trips from the 1st day of the month, 12AM, to the last day of the month, 11:59PM, will be taken into consideration to determine your Monthly Loyalty Rewards.
Q: When will I receive the payouts for the Monthly Loyalty Rewards?
A: You will continue to receive your Monthly Loyalty Rewards via service fee rebates, it will be paid out monthly to your Earnings Wallet on the 1st day of the following month at 1AM.
Q: Will GoTaxi trips be counted toward my Monthly Loyalty Rewards?
A: Yes, GoTaxi trips will continue to be counted towards Monthly Loyalty Rewards, but will not qualify for any points under the daily points incentive.
GoalBetter tier qualification / requalification
Q: What is the criteria for the GoalBetter tier qualification & requalification?
A: It will continue to be based on trip count and ratings from your past 3 consecutive months of driving. There is no completion rate or acceptance rate criteria.
Far pickup incentives
Q: Who pays for the far pickup incentives?
A: The far pickup incentives will be paid by Gojek to driver-partners. This incentive is separate from your trip fare, so please do not collect this amount from the customer.
Q: Is the far pickup incentive service fee deductible?
A: No, this incentive is not subject to 10% service fees.
Q: How is the pickup distance determined for this incentive?
A: The incentive will be calculated based on the pickup routing distance determined by the Gojek GoPartner app.
For back-to-back orders, the pickup distance will be calculated from the drop-off point of the first trip to the pick-up point of the second trip.
You will only get the incentive if the pick up distance is above 4km and you have switched on autobid. Driver-partners on manual bid will not be eligible for far pick-up incentives.
Q: When will I receive the far pick-up incentives?
A: You will be able to receive immediate payouts of the $4 far pickup incentive upon completing the trip.
Q: Who is eligible for the far pickup incentives?
A: All driver-partners who switch on autobid and complete trips (GoCar, GoCar XL, GoCar Kids, GoCar XL Kids, and GoCar Premium trips) are automatically eligible as long as the pickup distance is more than 4km and the order is completed. GoTaxi trips are not eligible for the far pickup incentives.
Q: How would I know whether I’ve received the far pick-up incentives?
A: The far pickup incentives will be reflected in your Gojek Earnings Wallet upon payment with the description ‘Far pickup incentive’. In addition, you should be able to see this under the Incentives section of your weekly earnings statement.
Driver Fee
Q: Which service types will the driver fees be applicable for?
A: The driver fee will be applied to all GoCar, GoCar Premium and GoCar XL rides, with the exception of GoTaxi, as fares are subject to the taxi’s meter.
Q: If customers edit their destination, will the driver fees be based on the initial estimated distance or actual distance traveled?
A: The new recalculated distance will be used to determine the driver fee.
Q: How will the driver fee be calculated for multi-destination trips?
A: If the customer adds a destination, the driver fee is determined by the total distance traveled.
Q: Are driver fees incrementally applied?
A: No. The driver fee is determined based on the final trip distance. For short trips less than 10km, a flat-fee of $0.50 will be applied. Long trips of 10km and above will be subject to a $0.80 flat-fee.
Q: Will the driver need to manually add the additional driver fees after the trip is completed?
A: No, it will automatically be added to the fare.
Q: How can I check / see how much was charged?
A: Drivers will be able to view the driver fee amount in their Payment Details screen after the trip is completed.
Q: Is the driver fee taxable?
A: Yes, driver fees will be treated as taxable income.
