Payment timeline

The subscription fees will be deducted from your Driver Wallet at 6PM the day before each day in the plan starts.

Deductions for the subscription fee are only made from Mon-Fri, 6PM. For plans that fall on Sat, Sun & Mon, deductions will be made in advance on Fri.

Note: 

• 0% service fees will be applied on trips completed during the subscription period.
• Each day in the plan starts at 12AM and ends at 11:59PM.
• Trips completed during the subscription period will not qualify for any daily incentives. Monthly Loyalty Rewards and far pick-up incentives will still apply.
• Driver-partners are still eligible to receive Driver Fee on all trips.
• All trips will be subjected to a platform fee (paid by customers) which will be deducted from the trip fare. For trips paid for with cash, the platform fee will be deducted from your Earnings Wallet.
• Please only select dates that you can commit to as they cannot be modified subsequently.

Kindly note that only shortlisted drivers will be contacted through the driver app or SMS. The final trial dates will be allocated at Gojek’s discretion.

FAQs

Q: How will the subscription fee be collected?

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t drive on my selected trial dates?
A: In cases of an emergency or special circumstances where you are unable to drive, you may submit an appeal for a refund of your subscription fees. Appeals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted out of goodwill.

Q: Will I be subject to other fees from Gojek?
A: All trips will be subjected to a platform fee (paid by customers) which will be deducted from the trip fare. For trips paid for with cash, the platform fee will be deducted from your Earnings Wallet.

T&Cs

• These terms and conditions are in addition to the provisions in the Driver Services Agreement and are hereby incorporated therein and our Privacy Notice for Gojek Singapore to collect, process, disclose and use your personal information such as Name, Email and Phone number for the purposes of evaluating your submission and/or driver subscription. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions herein and the provisions of the Driver Services Agreement, the former shall prevail and control. 
• Trips completed on the dates selected for your subscription plan do not qualify for any daily incentives. Monthly Loyalty Rewards and far pick-up incentives will still apply.
• The subscription fee is inclusive of prevailing GST. 
• The subscription plans cannot be modified or canceled. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to drive on the dates selected for your subscription, you automatically forfeit those dates.
• In cases of emergency or special circumstances where you are unable to drive, you may submit an appeal for a refund of your subscription fees. Appeals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted out of goodwill.
• Gojek reserves the right to modify these additional terms and conditions, and modify, suspend or withdraw your subscription plan, at any time without notice to you.
