Gojek recommends: things to do in November 2025
04 Nov 2025

Come wind down with us as the year ends. This November, it’s all about chilling and getting to explore our artistic side – as well as getting well-deserved treats from underrated food joints. See our list of things to do – and as usual, get there with a Gojek!

1.Singapore Writers’ Festival (SWF)@2x.png

Singapore Writers’ Festival (SWF)

When: 7–16 November

Where: Various locations

One of Asia’s largest literary festivals, SWF focuses on stories wherever you find them. This year’s edition looks to the future while appreciating the past – with writer panelists across all generations. Plus, take part in their Stories Across Generations campaign for the chance to win a luxury staycay at Mandai Rainforest Resort!

2.POUT Rooftop Cafe@2x.png

POUT Rooftop Cafe

Where: 50 South Bridge Road, #06-00

If your TikTok feed’s been anything like ours, chances are you already know about this cafe tucked away in the CBD. Sip on their specialty coffees while taking in the Singapore skyline. Psst: from mid-November onwards, the space will also play host to a bespoke bar.

3.Wormhole Powerpoint Party@2x.png

Wormhole Powerpoint Party

When: 15 November, 4pm and 7pm

Where: Common Ground Civic Centre, 21 Bedok North Street 1

Local bookstore Wormhole’s bringing their famed powerpoint party for the last time this year. These aren’t quite like the drabby slides you have to see at work. Here, you’ll learn about Singapore’s top worms, or how to use a bald head (with demonstrations).

4.Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF)@2x.png

Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF)

When: 27 November–7 December

Where: Various venues

While we’ve faced news of multiple cinema operators closing this year, film in Singapore still seems very much alive, if SGIFF’s 36th edition is anything to go by. Expect a smorgasbord of over 110 feature and short films that highlight the importance of creative expression.

5.ArCH Square@2x.png

ArCH Square

Where: 125 Jln Sultan

Are you a heritage nerd, or simply like walking through museums? This new space dedicated to archeology and intangible cultural heritage just might be for you! Explore artifacts unearthed from dig sites in Singapore, as well as workshops and other community programmes.
