How to access your eVouchers

(1) Log-in to your Esso App to access your virtual Gojek Esso Fuel Card

Your eVouchers (10 x $3 and 5 x $4) will appear as QR codes in the ‘Rewards’ tab of the Esso App on the 1st working day of each month from 12PM, valid for that month.

To use your eVouchers, meet the minimum gross spend of $60 (before the 22% upfront discount), and present the specific voucher at the counter.

FAQs

Q: Can I use multiple eVouchers in 1 transaction?
Yes, you can use vouchers of the same denomination in the same transaction if you hit the minimum spend for each voucher.

Q: Is there a limit to how many eVouchers I can use in each transaction? 
There is no limit to the number of eVouchers that can be redeemed in a single transaction, as long as they are of the same denomination and meet the minimum spend requirement for each voucher.

Q: When will my eVouchers be in my Esso App?
Your eVouchers will appear in your Esso App on the first working day of each month.

Q: I’m a new driver and was successfully onboarded onto Gojek after the 15th of the month. When will I get the eVouchers?
Newly onboarded driver-partners for the month may only receive the eVouchers in the following month, depending on the date that you were onboarded. For example, if you were onboarded onto Gojek on 16 October 2024, you will receive your eVouchers on 1 December 2024.

Q: It’s after the 1st working day of the month and I still don’t see my eVouchers in the Esso app. What should I do?
If you linked your Gojek Esso Fuel Card to your Esso App after the 15th of the month, your eVouchers will still be sent by SMS in the immediate next month.

For example, if you linked your Gojek Esso Fuel Card to the Esso App on 19 Oct, you will continue to receive your fuel eVouchers via SMS on 1 Nov, and you will not see any eVouchers in your Esso App. From 1 Dec, you will receive the fuel eVouchers in your Esso App, and will not receive any SMS from Esso.

Do note that newly onboarded driver-partners for the month may only receive the eVouchers in the following month. For example, if you were onboarded onto Gojek on 16 October 2024, you will only receive your eVouchers on 1 December 2024.

Q: I’m using the physical Gojek Esso Fuel Card. How do I access the fuel eVouchers?
We recommend that you link your physical Gojek Esso Fuel card to the Esso App in order to easily access your fuel eVouchers via the app. For detailed instructions on how to do so, click here.

You may access your eVouchers by opening the Esso App and selecting the ‘MY ID’ tab. From there, choose ‘Available Rewards’ and select the desired eVoucher(s) to use. Afterward, simply scan your QR code at the cashier to enjoy your voucher discount.

For a limited time only, active Gojek driver-partners with the physical Gojek Esso Fuel card who have not linked their card in the app can receive their fuel eVouchers via SMS on the 1st working day of the month.

Note that the fuel eVouchers and weekly rebates (if applicable) will only be disbursed for spending on fuel using this card (either physically or through the Esso App), and not any other cards.

Gojek rebates

• Gojek reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace, substitute, and/or terminate the additional Gojek tier-based rebates. 
• Rebates will continue to be paid out within 14 working days after the end of the 2-week period.

Esso Fuel eVouchers

• Each $3 eVoucher is only valid for use with a $60 min spend.
• Each $4 eVoucher is only valid for use with a $60 min spend.
• The eVoucher(s) can only be used with the Gojek Esso Fuel Card, and can be combined with the upfront discount from the Gojek Esso Fuel Card.
• Gojek Esso Fuel Card member who presents this $3 off $60 Synergy fuels eVoucher (“eVoucher”) upon minimum gross spending of $60 on Synergy Supreme⁺, Synergy Extra, Synergy Regular, Synergy Diesel or Esso Renewable Diesel R20 is entitled to $3 off the fuel purchased.
• Gojek Esso Fuel Card member who presents this $4 off $60 Synergy fuels eVoucher (“eVoucher”) upon minimum gross spending of $60 on Synergy Supreme⁺, Synergy Extra, Synergy Regular, Synergy Diesel or Esso Renewable Diesel R20 is entitled to $4 off the fuel purchased.
• This eVoucher is valid from the date of issuance until the end of the eVoucher issuance month. 
• To use this eVoucher, present the QR code generated in your Esso App to the cashier at the service station for scanning with a valid fuel transaction. 
• Unused / used / expired eVoucher(s) will be marked accordingly.
• The eVoucher(s) are issued on the first day of each month.
• The eVoucher(s) are redeemable at any Esso service station in Singapore.
• Multiple redemptions of vouchers are allowed per transaction only if the vouchers are of the same voucher code as indicated on the visual, and each voucher meeting its required minimum spending.
• The eVoucher(s) can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or discounts, unless otherwise stated.  
• The eVoucher(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or credited into any account.  
• No change will be given for the balance amount if the value of this eVoucher is not fully redeemed.
• The eVoucher(s) cannot be used with any Esso Smiles Classic, Taxi, Bus, Last Mile, Private Hire Card, or Esso Fleet card, Speedpass or outdoor payment.
• ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace, substitute and/or terminate the issuance of this eVoucher(s).
