A: You're eligible only if you haven’t used your Gojek Esso Fuel Card between 1 Oct 2024 and 31 Mar 2025. This includes both old and new cardholders who didn’t use the card during this period.
Q: I received my Gojek Esso Fuel Card between 1 Oct 2024 and 31 Mar 2025, can I still participate?
A: Yes, you can register for the campaign as long as you have not used your Gojek Esso Fuel Card since 1 Oct 2024.
Q: How do I register?
A: You must fill up the campaign registration form by 13 Apr 2025 (Sun) with accurate details. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS on 14 Apr (Mon) if your registration is successful (limited to the first 500 drivers who sign up).
Q: What do I get from this campaign?
A: If you're eligible for the campaign, you’ll receive 6% EXTRA weekly fuel rebates from 14 Apr – 11 May 2025, capped at $450 gross weekly fuel spend.
Q: Do I need to meet any trip requirements?
A: Yes. The weekly trip requirement based on your GoalBetter tier applies for the 6% rebate.
Q: What if I’ve already used my Esso Fuel Card between 1 Oct 2024 – 31 Mar 2025?
A: You won't be eligible for the 6% extra rebate, but you can still enjoy the existing 31% discount and other tier-based fuel benefits.
Q: When will I get the 6% rebate payout?
A: The 6% rebate will be credited to your Earnings Wallet by 25 May 2025 (Sun).
Q: I registered but didn’t get the SMS, what now?
A: Only drivers who have successfully registered for the campaign will receive the confirmation SMS on 14 Apr. If you don’t receive the SMS, you do not qualify for the campaign, but you can still enjoy the existing 31% discount and other tier-based fuel benefits.
