Note:

• This service type is only available for Private Hire vehicles (PHV). Taxis are not eligible for GoCar Flash trips.
• Please ensure your driver app is updated to version 1.76 (Android) or 1.33 (iOS) to access GoCar Flash.

How to accept GoCar Flash trips

Only driver-partners who have turned on the toggle for GoCar Flash will be allocated these trips.

To differentiate a GoCar Flash trip from a regular GoCar trip, look out for this logo:

The process of accepting and completing a GoCar Flash trip is the same as a GoCar trip. You will also see ‘GoCar Flash’ reflected in your Transaction history.

Incentives and fees

Incentives
All GoCar Flash trips will be eligible for existing trip incentives–take home more earnings with every trip! More on incentives: gjk.sg/incentive 

Service and Platform fees
There will be no difference in service and platform fees from GoCar trips. GoCar Flash trips will be subject to the same tiered platform fee and 10% service fee.

Other fees
GoCar Flash trips will be eligible for the following additional fees:

• Multi-Destination fee of $4 (subject to 10% service fee)
• Edit Destination fee of $3 (subject to 10% service fee)
• Late Night Trip fee of $6 from 12AM to 5:59AM (same as GoCar Premium)
• Cancellation fee of $4 (no service fee)
• Waiting fee of up to $13 (same as GoCar Premium)–$3 for first 4 mins, $5 for every additional 5 mins (no service fee)
• You can only receive either a cancellation fee or waiting fee

Q: What’s the difference between GoCar trips and GoCar Flash trips?
A: GoCar Flash is for PHV rides only. Driver-partners on GoCar Flash trips can enjoy fares at least 15% higher compared to GoCar trips.
