New driver-partner incentive: Take home more than $1,000 in bonuses

How it works 

  • You will be grouped into batches with different incentive timelines based on your onboarding date (refer to table below)
  • 4-week long incentive (eligible for either Target 1 OR Target 2 weekly)
  • First week bonus
    • Target 0: Complete just 10 trips to get $50
  • Weekly targets 
    • Target 1: Complete just 50 trips to get $75 OR
    • Target 2: Complete just 100 trips to get $250
  • 60% acceptance rate and 90% completion rate required

Incentive timeline

Each batch will have their own unique 4-week scheme timeline. You can qualify for Target 0 and either Target 1 or Target 2 in week 1. You can only qualify for either Target 1 or Target 2 for weeks 2-4. 

The weekly schemes begin on Fridays when demand is typically higher, this is so that you can have more opportunities to hit the minimum requirements with higher demand from customers.

Don’t worry if you missed any of the trip targets in Week 1! You’ll still be able to qualify for the incentives in Weeks 2-4.

However, accepting and completing more trips will help you to receive more trip requests in the future when your scheme starts!

  • Batch 1: onboarded from 30 Apr - 6 May
  • Batch 2: onboarded from 7-13 May
  • Batch 3: onboarded from 14-20 May
  • Batch 4: onboarded from 21-27 May

June onboards

Example: If you are onboarded on 2 Jun,  you will be grouped in Batch 1 of Jun. Note that trips completed before 6 Jun will NOT count towards your Week 1 incentive as your scheme has not started yet. However, accepting and completing more trips will help you to receive more trip requests in the future when your scheme starts!

  • Batch 1: onboarded from 28 May - 3 Jun
  • Batch 2: onboarded from 4-10 Jun
  • Batch 3: onboarded from 11-17 Jun
  • Batch 4: onboarded from 18-24 Jun
  • Batch 5: onboarded from 25 Jun - 1 Jul

July onboards

  • Batch 3: onboarded from 16-22 Jul
  • Batch 4: onboarded from 23-29 Jul

Incentive payout schedule

Your your incentives will be paid out to your Earnings Wallet upon meeting the incentive criteria for the week.

⛽ Esso fuel discounts

ALL active driver-partners enjoy upfront fuel discounts of up to 31%* with Esso, with NO minimum trip requirements!

All active Gojek Esso Fuel Card users will receive $50 in Esso eVouchers at the start of every month, allowing you to save up to 7% on fuel (with minimum gross spend of $60)!

How to redeem your eVouchers:

  1. If you have registered your card on the Esso App, your eVouchers (10 x $3 and 5 x $4) will appear as QR codes in the ‘Rewards’ tab of the Esso App on the 1st working day of each month from 12PM.
  2. Otherwise, look out for your eVouchers redemption link via SMS from Gojek within the first week of the month. If you still have not received your monthly eVouchers, please contact Abecha at custcare_bc@abecha.com

What is acceptance rate?

Acceptance rate = Total orders accepted / Total orders received

Example: Uncle Bob gets 10 orders and only accepts 3 orders. Regardless of his completion rate, his acceptance rate will be 30%.

What is completion rate?

Completion rate = Total orders completed / Total orders accepted (excluding orders canceled by customers and orders canceled within the cancellation quota)

Example: Uncle Bob received 10 orders and only accepted 1 order, which he completed. His completion rate will be 100%.

FAQs

Q: I missed the trips target for the first week, can I still get the new driver incentive for the following weeks if I meet the requirements? 

A: Yes, even if you missed the target for the first week, you are still eligible for the incentive for the remaining weeks as long as you hit either trip target.

As long as you hit either trip target in that week, you are eligible for the incentive, regardless of your performance in the previous week(s).

Q: What does the 60% acceptance rate criteria mean?

A: Acceptance rate = Total orders accepted / Total orders received

This requirement helps to improve the reliability of customers being matched with a driver, while continuing to offer you flexibility in choosing trips based on your preference.

Example: Uncle Bob gets 10 orders and only accepts 3 orders. Regardless of his completion rate, his acceptance rate will be 30%.

Q: What does the 90% completion rate criteria mean?

A: Completion rate = Total orders completed / Total orders accepted (excluding orders canceled with cancellation quota and orders canceled by customers). 

This gives you flexibility to choose the trips that you want to accept, and helps to provide a better experience for customers.

Example: Mr Lim receives 10 orders and rejects/ignores 9 orders. He completed the 1 order that he accepted, therefore his completion rate is 100%. 

Q: When will I receive the incentive payout if I am eligible?

A: Eligible new driver-partners will receive their payout in their Earnings Wallet one hour after meeting the incentive criteria for each weekly target

Q: Will all trips be eligible for this incentive?

A: All GoCar, GoCar XL, GoCar Kids, GoCar XL Kids, GoCar Premium and GoTaxi trips are eligible for this incentive. 

Q: Will I still be eligible for other incentives?

A: Yes, you are still eligible for all other incentives.

T&Cs 

  • These new driver incentive schemes are only open to new drivers who onboarded from 1 May onwards only.
  • 60% acceptance rate and 90% completion rate required. 
  • All trips will be counted towards the trip target (e.g. GoCar, GoXL, GoTaxi etc).
  • Gojek may terminate or modify the program at any time at its sole discretion.

Esso Fuel eVouchers

  • Each $3 eVoucher is only valid for use with a $60 min spend.
  • Each $4 eVoucher is only valid for use with a $60 min spend.
  • The eVoucher(s) can only be used with the Gojek Esso Fuel Card, and can be combined with the upfront discount from the Gojek Esso Fuel Card.
  • Gojek Esso Fuel card member who presents this $3/$4 off $60 Synergy fuels eVoucher (“eVoucher”) upon minimum gross spending of $60 on Synergy Supreme⁺, Synergy Extra, Synergy Regular, Synergy Diesel or Esso Renewable Diesel R20 is entitled to $3/$4 off the fuel purchased.
  • This eVoucher is valid from the date of issuance until the end of the eVoucher issuance month. 
  • To use this eVoucher, present the QR code generated in your Esso App or sent to your Gojek-registered phone number via SMS to the cashier at the service station for scanning with a valid fuel transaction. 
  • Unused / used / expired eVoucher(s) will be marked accordingly.
  • The eVoucher(s) are issued on the first day of each month (Esso App), or within the first week of the month (SMS..
  • The eVoucher(s) are redeemable at any Esso service station in Singapore.
  • Multiple redemptions of vouchers are allowed per transaction only if the vouchers are of the same voucher code as indicated on the visual, and each voucher meeting its required minimum spending.
  • The eVoucher(s) can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or discounts, unless otherwise stated.  
  • The eVoucher(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or credited into any account.  
  • No change will be given for the balance amount if the value of this eVoucher is not fully redeemed.
  • The eVoucher(s) cannot be used with any Esso Smiles Classic, Taxi, Bus, Last Mile, Private Hire Card, or Esso Fleet card, Speedpass or outdoor payment.
  • ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace, substitute and/or terminate the issuance of this eVoucher(s).
