A: You can onboard yourself through the Gojek driver-partner app, GoPartner, if you have:

Q: What if I don’t have a car?

A: You will need to purchase or rent a car before registering to be a Gojek driver-partner. For rentals, we recommend our GoFleet partners so you can get up to 0% service fees.

Learn more at gjk.sg/gofleetsg or scroll down to our GoFleet FAQs.

Q: How does my money get credited to me?

A: Your earnings will be credited to your earnings wallet in the GoPartner app.

  • GoFleet-only flash deals
  • Up to 0% service fees
  • Immediate upgrade to GoalBetter Premium tier
  • Better support directly from GoFleet partners

Q: How are the car models chosen? Which car model should I choose?

A: A wide variety of car models are available from our GoFleet partners. If you would like recommendations, you can approach your preferred GoFleet rental company for a consultation.

Q: Do I need to supply my own booster seat for kids?

A: If you are planning on driving the GoCar Kids and GoCarXL Kids services, then you are required to provide your own booster seat for kids 1-1.35m tall.

For toddlers and babies <1m tall, riders will have to provide their own car seats.

Q: What should I do if my passenger has a child but did not book the right service?

A: You can advise the rider to cancel the order. If they do not do so, you can cancel the order and submit a query in the GoPartner app if a cancellation fee is deducted.

Q: Can my passengers have infants and toddlers with them?

A: Yes, as long as they have their own car seats.

Q: Can I choose which service to drive for (e.g. GoCar vs. GoCar Premium)?

A: You can toggle to your preferred service type in the GoPartner app.

Q: Do higher tiered driver-partners get more/better pings?

A: We do not allocate pings by tier, but by acceptance rate. The more rides driver-partners accept, the more pings they will receive.

Loyalty Rewards

Q: What is GoalBetter?

A: GoalBetter is the Gojek driver-partner loyalty program. Every driver-partner is automatically enrolled in GoalBetter once registered with Gojek.

Q: What are GoalBetter tiers?
