“The 555k Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is conducted by Velox Digital Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Gojek”).
The Giveaway will run from 1 November 2023 to 31 January 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”) with raffle draws each month, and is only open to Gojek users who are residents of Singapore.
Three (3) winners will be selected for November 2023’s raffle draw to win the 4D3N Luxury Bali stay. The prize includes a pair of return air tickets, accommodation, and 20 x IDR 100,000 Gojek vouchers for use in Bali, Indonesia. Trips must be booked within a year from the date that the prize is drawn. No extensions or requests for extensions will be entertained. Winners must apply for their own visas and/or entry permits into Indonesia, if necessary.
Five (5) winners will be selected for December 2023’s raffle draw to win a 1-year supply of Gojek rides. The prize comprises 1x $20 voucher issued every day for a period of 365 days. These vouchers expire on the day of issue.
To participate in the Giveaway, book and complete a Gojek ride during the Giveaway Period. Participants must have valid and registered Gojek accounts for raffle ticket, voucher, and prize allocation purposes.
Participants will receive raffle ticket(s) for every completed Gojek ride.
Base raffle tickets
One (1) base ticket for each completed ride (GoCar or GoTaxi)
Two (2) base tickets for each completed ride (GoCar XL, GoCar XL Kids, GoCar Kids or GoCar Premium)
Bonus raffle tickets
One (1) bonus ticket if the ride is taken between 9am and 5pm on a weekday
Ten (10) bonus tickets if the driver is tipped via the Gojek App (i.e. cash payments are excluded)
Bonus raffle ticket(s) are awarded in addition to the base ticket(s) for each completed ride.
One (1) raffle ticket equates to one (1) chance in every raffle draw.
Raffle tickets are not transferable. There is no limit on the number of raffle tickets that can be collected.
All raffle tickets collected during the Giveaway period will be counted towards the monthly raffle draws. E.g. raffle tickets collected in November 2023 will still be counted towards the raffle draws in December 2023. Past winners are excluded from subsequent raffle draws.
Winners will be drawn at random in the presence of a live virtual audience by the 5th working day of the month following each qualifying month in the Giveaway Period. The live draws will take place via Gojek's Instagram Live on 6 December 2023, 5 January 2024 and 5 February 2024, at 8PM. Winners will also be subsequently announced on Gojek’s blog on the same dates.
Only winners will be notified of the results and contacted via phone, email and/or push notification.
Winners must provide Gojek with the following personal details for voucher and/or prize allocation within the specified date as communicated:
Name (as registered on Gojek App)
Phone number (as registered on Gojek App)
Email (as registered on Gojek App)
Passport details (if necessary)
Any other personal detail as required for redemption of the prizes.
General
By taking part in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Gojek’s decisions (which are final) in relation to the Giveaway. You also agree and consent to allowing Gojek to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of marketing, prize collection and prize administration.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway: employees (including their immediate families) of Gojek and any other company professionally connected with this Giveaway. All entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the prize does not contravene any local laws or regulations. This Giveaway shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Gojek has the sole discretion to disqualify any participant or amend/withdraw/cancel any prizes without prior notice for any reason, particularly in instances where Gojek suspects that a participant has violated its policies and/or displayed improper conduct, whether through publishing of inappropriate remarks or images or otherwise.
Winners must ensure that their contact details in the Gojek App are up-to-date, they are contactable at all times, and they respond in a timely manner to and comply with any instructions specified by Gojek, otherwise their prizes may be forfeited.
In the event that Gojek is unable to, for any reason, contact a winner or obtain the necessary information required for prize allocation and/or redemption from a winner within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempting to contact such winner (via phone call, push notification and/or email), the prize will be deemed unclaimed and forfeited, and Gojek has the sole discretion to select an alternative winner for the relevant prize.
Gojek may choose not to respond to any correspondence or claims relating to unclaimed/forfeited prizes. Participants whose prizes have been forfeited will not receive any payment or compensation from Gojek.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credits or any other items, either in part or in full. The utilization of prizes is subject to Gojek’s terms and conditions. Winners shall be responsible for any applicable taxes and third party surcharges or fees in relation to the prizes.
Gojek reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Giveaway without prior notice. Gojek shall not be liable for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by a participant or winner of the Giveaway as a result of or in connection with any of its decisions in relation to the Giveaway.
Gojek reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
Raffle draws

For the January 2024 prize:
The winner must be at least 18 years old and a traveller on each trip booking.
All trip bookings must originate from Singapore and fall within the travel period from 5 February 2024 to 3 February 2025. If the winner is unable to complete a trip booking or travel for any reason (including postponement or cancellation by the relevant flight carrier or booking agent) before 3 February 2025, any remaining prize value will be forfeited.
All trip bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the flight carrier and/or booking agent. Gojek does not guarantee that every trip booking will be successful. Gojek shall not be liable to any of the travellers for any flight changes or flight-related issues.
