From 14 February (2PM), access to this service will gradually roll out to all customers on the Gojek platform. All you need to do is to make sure your app is upgraded to version 4.34 (or above) by then. 

In a little while, you’ll be able to enjoy GoCar Premium.

Note: GoCar Premium also includes premium luxury taxis in its fleet.

How it works

1. Key in your pick-up and drop-off points as usual
2. Compare prices and pick GoCar Premium
3. Choose your method of payment
4. Tap on Order GoCar Premium, and you’re good to go!

Can I use GoCar Premium for trips with multiple stops?

Yes – the Multiple Destination feature works the same as GoCar, except it’s premium. 

Can I change my pickup/drop-off points with a GoCar Premium trip?

Yes, the same way you would with a GoCar trip. 

How much does a GoCar Premium trip cost?

A typical GoCar Premium trip may cost up to 30–50% higher than a GoCar one. This fare is based on distance and dynamic pricing. Additional charges (e.g. ERP) may apply.

Are GoCar Premium rides covered with insurance?

Yes. All drivers and passengers on the Gojek platform are protected with free accident coverage powered by Marsh and underwritten by AIG. For more, click here.
