Will all my Gojek transactions be eligible for yuu Points?
Yes, as long as you have a yuu Account created, your chosen Card is linked to your yuu Account, and your Gojek and yuu Accounts are linked.
When will the yuu Points be credited to my yuu Account?
Base Points from Gojek and DBS and Bonus Points from Gojek will be credited within 14 working days from the date of transaction. If not, you can contact yuu Customer Service via the yuu App or website.
Meanwhile, Bonus Points from DBS will be reflected in your yuu Account within 60 days of the end of the calendar month, as long as you reach the minimum spend criteria for that month itself.
I have a DBS yuu supplementary Card. Can I earn and receive Points in my own yuu Account?
You’ll still be able to earn yuu Points from your transactions, but these Points will be credited to the principal cardholder’s yuu Account.
What happens to my yuu Points if my transaction is reversed or refunded?
If Gojek processes a refund on your transaction, the Points you’ve earned from that purchase will be deducted from your yuu Account.
