Step 2: Charge at least once at any CDG ENGIE EV Charger, minimum 25 kWh per session

Step 3: Submit your participation form by 14 July 11:59PM at gjk.sg/gogreenparticipation

CDG ENGIE will reach out to the lucky winners on 31 Jul 2024. Prize collection will take place at Gojek's GoHub (38 Sin Ming Ln, Singapore 573957).

T&Cs

1. The 10% discount on CDG ENGIE EV Charging is valid for registered Gojek EV drivers only.
2. The Promotion will run between the 12 June to 14 July 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win the prize.
3. Gojek EV drivers who participated in the promotion campaign will be randomly selected to receive a $20 NETS FlashPay Card each (the "Promotion").
4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the CDG ENGIE, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, CDG ENGIE reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
5. The winner hereby recognises and agrees that by signing up for this Promotion, they have given their consent for CDG ENGIE to use their name and likeness for marketing and the winner may be asked to participate in publicity connected with the Promotion.
6. CDG ENGIE reserves the right to refuse to award or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify or refuse further participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instruction forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or where a participant has gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent means.
7. All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the recipient as a controller pursuant to its applicable privacy policy. 
8. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by Singapore law.
9. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
10. CDG ENGIE reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
