If you or your legal representative and/or your accompanying passenger(s) or their legal representative wishes to make a claim, please send an email to Claims.SGGojek@marsh.com, indicating that you were on trip with GoJek at the time of the accident. You will be provided with a claim form. Please fill in the claim form with complete and accurate information. If you do not do so, your claim may be denied.
