To make a claim, you will have to have the following documents ready:

• GoCar order number (as seen in Order history on your app)
• Time and date of pick-up and drop-off
• Names of driver and passengers
• Vehicle licence plate number
• Police report of accident
• Medical report
• Any other relevant information
