How do I sign up for a yuu Account?

Get started by downloading the yuu App – then sign up for an account. Alternatively, you can sign up for a DBS yuu Card here. 

How many yuu Points will I earn?

You’ll earn 1 yuu Point for every S$1 spent on Gojek, except on tolls, waiting and cancellation fees, voucher pack purchases, tips, or RideShield.

Can I still get yuu Points if I use a voucher?

You can earn yuu Points, but only for the amount that you pay after your voucher has been applied.

Can I earn points on more than one yuu Account?

Unfortunately, you can only earn on one yuu Account for each Gojek account linked. If you want to link to a different yuu Account, you’ll have to unlink the current Account first.

How will my yuu Points be reflected on the yuu App?

yuu Points earned through trips completed on Gojek will be reflected as Gojek Base Points.

When will the Points be credited to my yuu Account?

Once you link your yuu Account to Gojek, you will start earning Gojek Base points on the next completed ride.

Base Points from Gojek will be credited within 14 working days from the date of transaction. If not, you can contact yuu Customer Service via the yuu App or website.

If I don’t use a DBS or POSB card, can I still earn yuu Points? Absolutely. You’ll get 1 Point for every $1 spent on Gojek with any other card.

How can I use my yuu Points?

You can use your yuu Points to redeem Rewards or vouchers in the yuu App.
