If you were suspended due to an expired vocational license or invalid vehicle decal and have renewed your license/decal, please follow these steps: on the app, tap on your profile picture > Help > Account > I want to appeal my suspension > fill-up the form > submit.

If you would like to upload your renewed road tax, please follow these steps: on the app, tap on your profile picture > Help > Account > I want to upload my renewed road tax documents > fill-up the form > submit.
