How long does the document verification process take?

The registration status of the prospective partner has passed verification, but why hasn't the account been activated yet?

This could be because new partner registrations in that area are currently closed. The recruitment process for new Gojek partners is adjusted according to the needs in each region and can be opened or closed at any time without prior notice, based on the demand for adding drivers in the region where prospective partners apply.

What happens if I have previously registered, passed verification, and am waiting for activation, but I try to register again using a different phone number to increase my activation chances?

If you have already registered and the application shows a Verification Complete notification, then you cannot register again. The activation process for new Gojek partners is adjusted according to the needs in each region.
