GoFood Registration Requirements

Small business (individual)

Requirements

  1. Your business type is an active outlet that sells food/beverage (e.g: restaurant, cafe, shops, home industry, etc)
  2. Submit an email & mobile number of the business owner
  3. Submit a full outlet address & phone number

Documents

  1. Business Owner ID Card (KTP)
  2. Bank account information for payout
  3. Tax Identification Number (NPWP), if merchant have restaurant tax charge (PB1)
  4. Additional documents (bank books, eBanking pages, checking accounts) if bank account owner name is different with business owner name

Corporate (enterprise)

Requirements

  1. Your business type is an active outlet that sells food/beverage (e.g: restaurant, cafe, shops, home industry, etc)
  2. Submit an email & mobile number of the company director/an appointed representative
  3. Submit a full outlet address & phone number

Documents

  1. Director ID Card (KTP) (WNI)/Passport & Director KITAS (WNA)
  2. Power of Attorney signed by director as stated in deed of company, as well as appointed representative ID/Passport & KITAS, If registration is done by appointed representative
  3. Business license (NIB/SIUP/TDUP/TDY)
  4. Deeds of establishment, deeds of adjustment 2007, and deeds of change
  5. Company Bank account information for payout
  6. Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
  7. Additional documents (bank books, eBanking pages, checking accounts) if bank account owner name is different with company name

How to Register

1. GoFood Merchant Partner registration can be done through the GoBiz application (can only be downloaded on the Android Google Play Store)

2. After installing GoBiz app in your Android, choose Daftar GoBiz. Choose registration type that suits your business type. Here are the following GoFood registration categories:

  1. New GoFood Account Registration - small business

    For small business entities which have never owned a GoFood account.

  2. New GoFood Account Registration - enterprise

    For corporates which have never owned a GoFood account

  3. New Branch Addition

    For small business entities/companies that already owned a GoFood account and only want to register new outlets.

3. Fill in business owner type based on business owner data (individual) or director/appointed representative from company (corporate)

4. Complete business requirements based on the business type that you chose earlier

Next Step Registration

After completing the data, the GoBiz team will carry out the verification process, this process will take 2 working days

If your status is verified You will receive notification via GoBiz app or registered email. Next, you’ll need to continue with GoFood activation process via GoBiz app

If your status needs follow up
You will receive notification via GoBiz app or registered email regarding your documents that need to be updated. Please update your documents via GoBiz app. You will be given limit attempt to update max 3x in a period of 14 days, if you do not update your documents by the time given, your registration will be removed

If your status is rejected
Your documents that you attach is not matching the terms and conditions of GoBiz registration. Please find the complete reason here of why your registration is rejected
