New driver-partners will receive their Gojek Esso Fuel Card via mail to the address provided upon sign-up. In case you have not received yours or would like a replacement card, please reach out to Abecha at custcare_bc@abecha.com.

Please note that by doing so, you will no longer receive the latest information on promotions at Esso.
Your eVouchers will appear in your Esso App on the first working day of each month, after 12PM.
Newly onboarded driver-partners for the month may only receive the eVouchers in the following month, depending on the date that you were onboarded. For example, if you were onboarded onto Gojek on 16 October 2024, you will receive your eVouchers on 1 December 2024.
_• Driver-partners with a Gojek Esso Fuel Card are entitled to an upfront 22% in fuel discounts.
• Additional rebates from Gojek are determined by the driver-partner’s individual tier. To qualify, driver-partners must achieve weekly trip targets.
• Additional fuel rebates from Gojek are capped at a maximum of $450 per week in gross spending.
• By using the Gojek Esso Fuel Card, you have agreed to the terms and conditions here.
• A week is defined as the period of time from Monday to Sunday.
• If your GoalBetter tier changes within the week of your fuel rebates getting credited to your driver wallet, your tier as of Sunday will apply.
• Rebates are paid out every two to three weeks, and any disputes in relation to such rebates must be notified to Gojek within 14 days from the date that such rebates are credited to your driver wallet._
