Yes you can. If your driver is too far away or if you’ve changed your mind on booking a trip, you can
1) cancel as long as you’ve not been matched to a driver
2) cancel within 4 minutes after you’ve been matched (excluding the time that the driver is taking to completing a previous trip)
3) cancel before your driver arrives at the pick-up location.
Do note that if you are not picked up within 4 minutes after the driver arrives at the pick-up location, the driver is able to cancel due to no-show and cancellation fees will be charged to your company’s GoCorp corporate account.
