PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ensure that your Gojek app version is at least v4.54 before linking your Visa card.
2. Promo applies to users who have never transacted in GoTagihan and/or GoPulsa using their Visa Credit Card or Debit Card (CC/DC)
3. CC/DC payments are excluded in the following GoTagihan biller categories:
1. Multifinance/Credit Installment
2. e-Money
3. Credit Card
4. Zakat
5. Online Loan
6. Pegadaian
7. Donations
4. A user must either transact in the selected merchants of GoTagihan OR GoPulsa using their Visa Credit Card or Debit Card (CC/DC) with the following criteria:
1. GoTagihan with a minimum transaction of Rp300.000
2. GoPulsa with a minimum transaction of Rp75.000
5. A user will get the voucher depending on which service type they transact FIRST using their Visa CC/DC
1. For example: A user first transact in GoPulsa with a minimum transaction of Rp75.000 with their Visa CC/DC. They then transact in GoTagihan with a minimum transaction of Rp300.000 with their Visa CC/DC. In this scenario, the user will get the voucher for GoPulsa.
6. Promo only applies 1 (one) time per user and 1 (one) Visa CC/DC can only be used once during the duration of the program.
7. Promo period is between 1 November - 11 December 2022.
8. The quota of this campaign is limited to 10.000 users weekly.
9. The voucher will be issued to eligible users 7-14 days after purchase.
10. The voucher is eligible to be used 30 days from the time it is granted to the user.
11. The voucher cannot be combined with other promos/vouchers.
12. Users who are eligible for this program must have created their Gojek account before 15 October 2022.
13. GoPay has rights to withhold or cancel the campaign and/or limit the service, whether it's temporary or permanent, to users and/or merchants when there's any abusive, fraudulent and/or any suspicious activity.
14. GoPay has rights to determine and/or change the status of each user's participation in each promo at any time without prior notice.

GoTagihan Voucher T&C

1. The voucher is a 100% cashback (max. Rp50.000) on GoTagihan. Voucher is valid without minimum transaction.
2. The voucher cannot be used at the following biller categories:
1. Multifinance/Credit Installment
2. e-Money
3. Credit Card
4. Zakat
5. Online Loan
6. Pegadaian
7. Donations
3. The voucher can only be used during the promotion period.
4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
5. 1 (one) voucher can only be used for 1 (one) transaction.
6. The voucher cannot be combined with other promos or vouchers.
7. This promo is valid for users who are not indicated for committing fraud and/or other suspicious activities in the user’s account.
8. The cashback in this promo can be canceled if the total transaction in the user's GoPay account has exceeded the limit set by the regulator (Rp20.000.000/month in calendar).

Pulsa Voucher T&C
