Have you heard about the new feature on Gojek called ‘My Tickets’? Well, if you haven’t, let us introduce you to this feature that can make your days easier.
So, ‘My Tickets’ feature is available on Gojek version 4.3 and above where you can track the status of your submitted reports from Gojek app. With this feature, you are also able to see the message from our CS and respond to it right away. Cool, right?
To check ‘My Tickets’ feature you can go to the Help page menu on the Gojek app. Also, every time you submit a report, the status of your report will be visible on the Gojek app homepage.

Now you don’t need to ‘binge-checking’ your email every time you submit a report :). Just go update your Gojek app, and you can use the ‘My Tickets’ feature now.
