Besides being able to send GoPay balance to your GoPay friend, now you can also transfer or send GoPay balance to bank accounts!

Transferring a GoPay balance to a bank account enables you to do many things easily. Starting from sending an allowance to parents in your hometown, paying the money back to a friend's bank account, online shopping from home, or even withdrawing it back to your own bank account.

You must upgrade your account to GoPay Plus if you wanna transfer GoPay balance to the bank. See the tutorial GoPay Plus here!

Send GoPay Balance with Add a Bank Account

1. Click Pay on the GoPay menu.
2. Select To bank account to transfer GoPay balance.
3. Select Instant transfer to the new account.
4. Select a bank name.
5. Enter the new bank account number and Verify.
6. Select the name of the account holder and click Next.
7. Enter the nominal amount of the GoPay balance.
8. Please make sure the transfer amount is correct. Click Continue and enter your PIN number.
9. Yay! The transfer of the GoPay balance to the bank account was successful.
10. You will see the transfer details.

Send GoPay Balance from List Bank Account

1. Click Pay on the GoPay menu.
2. Then select To bank account to transfer GoPay balance.
3. Select the bank account from the list.
4. Enter the nominal amount of the GoPay balance.
5. Please make sure the transfer amount or balance transfer is correct. Click Continue and enter your PIN number.
6. Yay! The transfer of the GoPay balance to the bank account was successful.
7. You will see the transfer details.

Before sending your GoPay balance to your bank account, please note these terms and conditions:

1. You have upgraded your GoPay account to GoPay Plus. If not, follow the steps here.
2. Please make sure when entering the bank account number, the account owner's name matches the intended account holder.
3. You cannot make changes to the main bank account data that has been registered.
4. There is no maximum limit for withdrawing GoPay balance, and a minimum withdrawal limit of IDR 10,000.
5. GoPay balance withdrawal administration fee is IDR 2,500.
