Link these pockets with Gojek services accordingly to make it easier to manage your expenses. Use “Food & Drink” pocket to pay for GoFood, “Transportation” pocket to pay for GoRide and GoCar, or “Bills” pocket to pay GoTagihan.

• Free from Top Up
  Jago pockets are linked to Gojek services as payment methods, so you won’t need to top up.

How to Open Jago Account

1. Click Jago icon in GoPay menu in Gojek apps
Open your Gojek apps, click explore menu, and click Jago.

2. Don't forget to upgrade GoPay Plus!
Prepare your e-KTP for the registration process. If you are a GoPay Plus user, you can skip this step.

3. Fill in your personal data
Fill in your data in the form.

4. Data verification via Video Call
Jago Customer Service will contact you via video call directly from Gojek apps. No worries, the process will only take 3 minutes!

5. Done! Your account is processed
After the video call, the process is done and your Jago account is ready to use.

How to Link Jago

1.Click Jago icon in GoPay menu in Gojek apps

Open your Gojek apps, click Explore GoPay, and click Jago.

2. Click "Ok, proceed"
If you already have a Jago account and is linked with Gojek, you will be directed to GoPay Jago menu.

3. Fill in your phone number, e-mail, and password
Make sure your data is matched with the data you filled in when creating Jago account.

4. Insert Gojek PIN
Insert the 6 digits of Gojek PIN you have.

5. Your Jago account is linked
You can use Jago Pockets to pay GoFood, GoCar, GoRide, GBluebird, and GoTagihan.

6. Create Jago account here!

How to Create Jago Pockets

1. Click "Payment Method" in Gojek settings menu
Then, choose Jago Pocket.

2. Click the "Create a New Pocket" tab
Create new pockets with the available menu.

3. Give your Pocket a name!
Customize your Jago Pocket with your needs and don't forget to add an image :)

4. Add the desired Pocket
You only need to separate your money to the pocket based on your expense needs.
