Welcome to GoPay Feed! GoPay Feed is a platform to connect and share moments with your friends and family. GoPay knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Therefore, we need you to read and agree to the measures that we are applying to maintain your trust which we set out in these terms below for the convenient use of GoPay Feed.

1. Whenever you send a certain amount of GoPay balance to someone and choose to add the recipient as a friend in GoPay Feed (“GoPay Friends”), s/he will become your GoPay Friend i. You can choose to add or remove anyone as Your GoPay Friend in GoPay Feed. 
2. Whenever You send and/or receive a certain amount of GoPay balance, such a payment note (“Moment”) will be shown in your GoPay Feed , unless You choose to make it private by changing your sharing preference during or after a payment. 
3. Your Moment sharing preferences:
   • Friends: The transaction note will only be shared with (i) Your GoPay Friends and (ii) the GoPay Friends of the recipient and/or sender in that transaction.
   • Private: The transaction will only be shown in the recipient and sender’s GoPay Feed.
4. You agree that GoPay may disclose your personal data and other information related to Your transactions, including but not limited to Your full username, Your profile picture, sender’s or recipient’s username and transaction note, depending on Your sharing preferences. 
5. Your information related to Your payments in GoPay Feed will only be visible to your GoPay Friends and the sender’s and/or recipient’s friends. You choose to make it private by changing your sharing preference during or after a payment
6. Let’s make GoPay Feed a safe environment for all users. If you choose to show Your payments information and/or make any posts, notes, or comments in GoPay Feed, You are responsible for such remarks. Please pay Your utmost attention to not making any inappropriate remarks, violating any laws and/or regulations, and/or violating any other party’s rights under the relevant laws and/or regulations. You can report any inappropriate post and/or comment in GoPay Feed to GoPay. GoPay reserves the right, based on our sole discretion, to delete or hide any inappropriate comment and/or post.
7.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM AND FRAUD. DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD AND/OR VERIFICATION CODE (INCLUDING OTP) TO ANYONE. WE OR OUR STAFF WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR SECRET PASSWORD AND/OR VERIFICATION CODE VIA ANY MANNER.

The implementation of GoPay Feed is subject to (i) GoPay Terms of Use; (ii) the general terms and conditions for the use of Gojek application; (iii) the specific terms and conditions that apply for each service feature available in Gojek application; (iv) Gojek privacy policy; and (v) any prevailing laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
