Jakarta, June 22, 2023 - Gojek, the on-demand service from the GoTo Group (PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk), has officially expanded the GoCar Luxe service, a mobility solution with extra comfort and quality service, to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area.
In collaboration with airport operator Angkasa Pura II, Soekarno-Hatta Airport passengers can access the GoCar Luxe service at the arrival area of Terminal 3. Gojek is making GoCar Luxe Instant available at the airport in response to high public enthusiasm and a fivefold increase in demand for GoCar services at airports since its initial launch in 2019 (Gojek's internal data).

GoCar Luxe vehicles use engines with a capacity of 1,500cc or more and are less than five years old. GoCar Luxe partner drivers undergo standardization protocols and work according to GoCar Luxe SOPs. Customer rating data reveals journeys with GoCar Luxe receive higher average ratings compared to other types of GoCar services. This data also confirms that GoCar Luxe delivers the higher level of service quality customers need at the right premium price point.

Angkasa Pura II data show that in May 2023, Soekarno-Hatta Airport recorded a total of 4.51 million passengers, consisting of 3.42 million domestic and 1.08 million international passengers.
Introduced in 2022, GoCar Luxe and GoCar Instant play key roles in Gojek's 2023 strategy to maintain its on-demand service leadership position and support the profitability acceleration of the GoTo Group through product diversification and customer segment growth.
The GoCar Instant feature has been available at Soekarno-Hatta Airport since 2019, with pickup points at Arrival Terminals 2D and 2F, Arrival 1A, and Domestic Terminal 3. In addition to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, the GoCar Instant feature currently serves 11 airports in Indonesia and is targeted to expand. GoCar Instant is available at various airports to expand the market segment and support customer mobility needs with different modes of transportation in a single application.
