Terms & Conditions:

1. Each eligible Gojek Service transaction as mentioned in the mechanism is entitled to receive a raffle code and will have a chance to win prizes through a draw, which will be conducted on each draw date (without referring to the highest number of vouchers).
2. The raffle code to be drawn belongs to users who:
   • Have their personal information registered in the Gojek application account, including: (i) Active and reachable mobile phone number; and it is better to include (ii) A valid email address.
   • Are not included/registered in Gojek's blacklist.
   • Are not employees and/or family members of employees of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (Gojek) and all its affiliates.
3. Winners who receive prizes in Draw Period 1 will not be included in Draw Period 2.
4. Users have the opportunity to receive 1 (one) type of raffle prize during the Program Period.
5. After the announcement of the raffle winners, the winning users are required to confirm their winning details within five (5) days through an online form (Google form) sent via email from Gojek to provide their designated and verified delivery address for the prize. Alternatively, this confirmation process will also be done through direct contact (phone or email) by Gojek representatives if the winning user has not filled out the online form within five days after the mentioned announcement date.
6. By agreeing to participate in the Program, Users consent to provide their personal data, including but not limited to Full Name, National ID (NIK), Address according to the National ID, Delivery Address, and Phone Number, for tax administration and prize delivery purposes.
7. Gojek reserves the right to cancel the prize given to the winner and allocate/transfer it to the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia if: 1) the winner does not respond to the organizer within 40 working days after the raffle announcement, 2) the winner refuses the prize, or 3) the entry is invalid or violates the applicable terms and conditions.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other gifts.
9. Gojek and all its affiliated companies have the right to use the voice, image, photos, and names of the winners for publication purposes (in any form of media, including photos, videos, and the internet, including all websites and related companies), as well as in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials, for an indefinite period before and after the promotion period and the draw date, without additional compensation or prior notice and as long as participating in this draw.
10. Gojek has the right at any time and from time to time to modify or terminate, temporarily or during the Program, with or without prior notice due to reasons beyond control.
11. Users understand and agree that Gojek has the right to terminate, revoke, and/or deny access to the Program, in part or in whole, without prior notice temporarily or permanently, if there are indications of fraud, data theft, fraud, failure to meet one or all of these Terms and Conditions, violations of the Application Terms, and/or applicable regulations or other reasons, and any losses resulting from such actions are not the responsibility of Gojek.
12. In the event that a user cannot fulfill and/or violates the terms of this Program, Gojek has the right to determine other winners for the raffle prize.
13. Gojek has the right, without prior notice, to cancel winners who are deemed and/or found to have done things such as fraud that causes losses to Gojek, including but not limited to creating more than 1 (one) account by the same user and/or the same mobile phone number and/or the same email address and/or the same customer ID and/or the same payment identity and/or the same transaction history.
14. Users agree to release Gojek from any claims and losses incurred in any form, both directly and indirectly, related to or in connection with the non-fulfillment of an obligation in these Terms and Conditions by the user.
15. Prizes can only be used by the winners and cannot be given to others. Gojek is not responsible if there are errors or omissions from users that prevent the rightful winners from using the prize. Gojek will not be responsible for offering replacement prizes for terminated, canceled, and/or misused prizes, whether due to fraud or technical issues.
16. The fees for name transfer, STNK (vehicle registration), and license plate number for the Toyota Innova Zenix G Hybrid CVT 2023 prize will be fully borne by the winner.
17. This Program is not intended for employees of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk and all its affiliates.
18. Gojek has the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions, including but not limited to canceling prizes if there are suspicions of fraud by users.
19. Tax on raffle prizes will be borne by Gojek.
20. Winners need to claim the prize before these specific date, or the prizes will be revoked by Gojek.
    1. Period 1 prize claim due date: 15 October 2023
    2. Period 2 prize claim due date: 13 November 2023
21. Users participating in this Program are subject to the Terms of Use of the Gojek Application, Gojek Privacy Notice, and the Terms and Conditions of the Program, which are part of the Terms and Conditions of the Gojek Application. Users are advised to read them carefully as they may impact the legal rights and obligations of the user.
22. These Terms and Conditions of the Program may be changed and/or updated from time to time, either with or without prior notice. Gojek recommends that users read and check these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time to be aware of any changes. By accessing and/or continuing to participate in the Program, users are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
