The health and safety of everyone is our top priority, in order to increase awareness efforts, we proactively take prevention and protection related to the COVID-19 virus. These following are the efforts we have made to improve the safety and health of all parties involved:
Before sending an order:
Drivers are advised to always wash their hands / use a hand sanitizer and clean all attributes (helmets, jackets, bags) gloves and vehicles before taking orders.
When taking orders:
Drivers are encouraged to avoid unnecessary conversations, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1 meter from customers and follow the preferences of the sender (via the Gojek chat application): (a) pick up packages at the door or reception at the delivery location to implement physical distancing b) meet in person.
When the order has been delivered:
Drivers are encouraged to ask the preferences of the recipient (via the Gojek chat application): (a) place the package at the door or reception at the delivery location to implement physical distancing b) meet in person.
In response to these challenges, we are elevating our standards through various efforts, which are reflected in the J3K (Stay Healthy, Hygienic, and Protected) protocol that we have implemented for all of our services including GoSend service.
One of the protocols is a new profile driver. Currently, information on driver body temperature checks and vehicle disinfection can be seen in the driver's profile that appears after ordering GoSend service. Through these efforts, we hope to provide a safe environment for you and our driver.
