How can I create a rule for an employee/group of employees?

You can create a rule by going to the "Limit & rules" menu on the sidebar. Click the "Rules" tab and follow these simple steps: 
1. Click "Create new rule" 
2. Name the Rule based on your company's needs (e.g., Everyday Commute, Business Trip) 
3. Set the rule based on: 
- Time window 
- Location (pickup / destination / both) 
- Service type (e.g. GoCar, GoCar L, etc) 
4. Add employees to the rule by selecting them from the employee list 
5. Click "Create rule" to save the rule that has been created

Rules are not associated with limits and groups, so the employees will need to be added to rules separately. 

**You can apply multiple rules to the same employee**.
