Top-up Balance via Bank Teller Counter

Recipient Name: PT GOTO GOJEK TOKOPEDIA TBK
Account Number: 9850xxxxxxxxxxxx (IDR)
Enter the top-up amount as needed.

Top-up Balance via ATM
Select the “Transfer Antar Bank Online” or “Transfer Online” menu.
Choose “Citibank” (bank code: 031).
Enter the Account Number 9850xxxxxxxxxxxx (IDR).
The recipient's name (PT GOTO GOJEK TOKOPEDIA TBK) will appear on the screen.
Enter the amount of money you want to transfer.
Select "Process" to complete the transaction.

Top-up Balance via E-Banking / M-Banking (payment via Clearing/SKN/RTGS)
Open your E-Banking or M-Banking app, then select the transfer module/menu.
Choose the “Transfer Antar Bank Online” or “Transfer Online” menu.
