How to Join GoCorp Prepaid?
  1. Visit the https://www.gojek.com/id-id/gocorp/onboarding.
  2. Select GoCorp Prepaid.
  3. Fill out the GoCorp Prepaid registration form
    For the registration process, please prepare: 
    1. A photo of your ID card (KTP) and NPWP card.
    - The attached ID card should be the one of the person signing the contract.
    - If registering as an individual, please prepare the business owner's KTP and NPWP.
    - If registering as a company, please prepare the company's representative's KTP and the company's NPWP.
    2. An active email address for the PIC (Person in Charge). This email will be registered as the GoCorp Admin to access the GoCorp Dashboard.
    3. An active mobile number for the PIC.
  4.  After the GoCorp Prepaid form is filled out and submitted, we will process it within a maximum of 2 business days.
  5. Monitor the registration progress periodically through the email you provided in the form.
  6. If any documents are invalid, you will receive a notification via email with the following details:
    - Sender: ss.gocorp.id@gojek.com
    - Subject: Complete your GoCorp registration data/documents 
    You can re-upload the required documents based on the information provided in the email body.
  7. If the documents are confirmed to be valid, follow these final 2 steps to start using GoCorp services:
    1. Top up your GoCorp balance with a minimum of Rp500,000 to the account number provided via email with the following details:
    - Sender: no-reply.gocorp.id@gojek.com
    - Subject: Welcome to GoCorp! One step closer to achieving more optimal expense management.
    2. Activate your GoCorp Admin account:
    - Sender:<no-reply@admin.gocorp.gojek.com>
    - Subject:You are now a GoCorp admin!
  8. After completing the initial top-up of at least Rp500,000 and activating the GoCorp admin, you can immediately access the GoCorp Dashboard to manage your company's expense!
