Your GoCorp balance remains active as long as you use GoCorp services in the Gojek app and top up your balance regularly. If there is no activity using GoCorp services in the Gojek app and no top-up for 5 consecutive months, your balance will enter a grace period.

The GoCorp grace period lasts for 30 days. During this time, you will receive email reminders to use GoCorp services in the Gojek app and top up your balance.

If the grace period ends without any activity, your GoCorp account and any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used.

To keep your GoCorp balance active, make sure to regularly use GoCorp services in the Gojek app and perform top-ups.
