Initial GoCorp Balance Top-up
To start using GoCorp Prepaid, you need to make an initial top-up of at least Rp500,000. Once this initial top-up is completed, there is no minimum amount required for subsequent top-ups. The top-up process will be completed within a maximum of H+1 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

GoCorp Balance Active Period
Your GoCorp balance will remain active as long as you use GoCorp services in the Gojek app and top up your balance regularly. If there is no use of GoCorp services in the Gojek app and no balance top-up for 5 consecutive months, your account will enter a grace period.

GoCorp Balance Grace Period
The GoCorp balance grace period lasts for 30 days. During this period, you will receive an email reminder to use GoCorp services in the Gojek app and top up your balance. If the grace period ends without any activity, your GoCorp account and any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used again.
