As the company administrator, can I get the information on trip description (trip reason, trip details, trip code, ride sharing) for each trip taken by the employees?
As the company administrator, can I get the information on trip description (trip reason, trip details, trip code, ride sharing) for each trip taken by the employees?

Yes, once you have activated the feature, all information will be recorded in the trip history report. You can go to the "Trip history" menu on the sidebar. 

The trip history will show you all the trips employees have taken using GoCorp. This page will be updated once an employee completes a trip. Completed trips will be shown in chronological order. 

Click the drop-down arrow to see more information about the trip (eg. service used, booking no., fare breakdown). You can search the data based on employee's name, group, and filter by date. 

You can also download the information that will be presented in .csv format.
