Please take Your time to read the whole GoCorp Feature Terms - Arrangement For The Use of Services Available For GoCorp. GoCorp Feature Terms - Arrangement For The Use of Services Available For GoCorp. are an integral part of GoCorp General Terms and Conditions and GoCorp Commercial Terms. By choosing to use the GoCorp Dashboard, you will be deemed to have read and agree to these GoCorp Feature Terms - Arrangement For The Use of Services Available For GoCorp. Therefore, if you do not agree to part or all of these GoCorp Feature Terms - Arrangement For The Use of Services Available For GoCorp, please refrain from using the GoCorp Dashboard. 1. **GENERAL TERMS** Unless specifically defined below and in other parts of the GoCorp Feature Terms, capitalized terms used in the GoCorp Terms must be interpreted in accordance with the terms in the GoCorp General Terms and Conditions and GoCorp Commercial Terms. a. **GoCorp Features** means the additional services that apply to Corporate Users and become an integral part of Gocorp Services; b. **Transportation Services** means the Services with transportation types available in the User Application provided by the Service Provider, such as GoRide, GoCar, GoBlueBird and/or other services available from time to time; c. **Courier Services** means the Services with the goods delivery type available in the User Application provided by the Service Provider, such as GoSend, GoBox and/or other services available from time to time; c. **Food Delivery Services** means the Services with the food delivery and/or food ingredients types available in the User Application provided by the Service Provider, such as GoFood and/or other services available from time to time. 2. **TERMS OF USE OF SERVICE ARRANGEMENT** a. By using this GoCorp Feature, You can provide options Authorised User to use various Services available in the User Application (such as Transportation Services, Courier Services and/or Food Delivery Services) and provide payment method benefit through company billing with a certain configuration and limitation. These Service options may be added from time to time based on Our policy. b. You have the right to determine the terms and conditions for each use of the Services that can be used by the Authorised User through the GoCorp Feature including but not limited to the Services type, validity period, usage limit, amount and type of Services that can be used within a certain period of time, and the value used for Services which are paid through Your Company billing. c. You have access to view, monitor, and record the use of the Services used by the Authorised User including but not limited to: (a) the username associated to the Gojek account; and (b) detailed information on the transaction of the Services (including the pick up and delivery address) and details of the Services ordered by the Authorised User (“**Authorised User Data**”) on the GoCorp Dashboard. By having access to the Authorised User Data, the Corporate User confirms that the Corporate User has obtained all necessary approvals from each of Authorised User; d. You agree and understand to take responsibility and release Us from all responsibility for the issuance, management, distribution, and improper use of the Services by the Authorised User that gets the benefit of payment method through the company billing as a result of Your mistakes or Authorised User errors either due to fraud or technical issues. 3. **TERMS OF PAYMENT DISTRIBUTION OF USER FEE** a. We will provide the instruction for the User Fee distribution for the Services that has been used by the Authorised User and You must make the distribution of the User Fee according to the distribution instructions on Corporate Billing; b. You are responsible for the payment distribution of the entirety of the User Fee that has been used by the Authorised User for the use of the Service, regardless of whether the use of the Service is permitted by the Authorised User or You, and/or whether the use of the Service is caused by fraudulent activity or other Prohibited Actions or not; c. In the event that there is any discrepancy in data, We, in good faith, will reconcile the data with Your data. We will reconcile and resolve the discrepancy no later than thirty (30) Calendar Days from the last Calendar Day in the month when the discrepancy occurred. In the event that the discrepancy cannot be resolved through reconciliation, You agree to use the data from Us.
