How do my customers/employees/stakeholders receive and redeem vouchers?

Your company is responsible for sending customers/employees/stakeholders voucher codes (via email, sms , WhatsApp, or others) to let them know about any voucher program you create. You can send the placeholder text that we provided in .csv file that you need to download after creating the voucher code. In that text, there is a link that customers/employees/stakeholders can click that directly takes them to the voucher code redemption page. 
 

Once the customer/employee/stakeholders claims the voucher code, vouchers will be stored in their Gojek account and automatically applied to any eligible trips.
