You can submit a request for an increase in your company’s credit limit through two methods: 

A. Method 1. Submit a request email without signature. 
1. Fill in the credit limit increase request form here 
2. Submit the completed form in PDF file to the Sales/Customer Experience Team email through gocorp-cx@gojek.com 
3. Please ensure to submit the form through the Company’s Representative from Business or Finance as specified in the signed Commercial Terms. 

Use the following credit limit increase template below: 
Subject: GoCorp Credit Limit Increase Request - <Business/Company Name> 

To Sales/Customer Experience Team GoCorp, 
I’m <Your Name> from <Company Name>. I would like to request for a credit limit increase for <Company Name>. Here I have attached the unsigned form for a credit limit increase. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

[Please attach the form in PDF file] 

OR 

B. Method 2. Submit a request email with signature. 
1. Fill in the credit limit increase request form here 
2. Attach wet signature/e-signature 
3. Submit the completed form in PDF file to the Sales/Customer Experience Team through gocorp-cx@gojek.com. 

Who are the authorized parties to sign the limit increase application form? (Point B) 
1. The entity authorized to sign the Commercial Terms, or 
2. Company’s representative from Business or Finance as indicated in the signed Commercial Terms (Mandatory to attach ID/KTP) 

Important: If there are no corrections to the submitted form, the credit limit increase process will take 3 - 7 working days.
