My company did not receive a monthly transfer request and invoice - what should I do?
All transfer requests and invoices are issued and sent within 10 working days from the last calendar day of the month. The statements are sent to the email address indicated under 'Corporate User Finance Representative' in your Commercial Terms Agreement.
