Do my customers/employee/stakeholders need the app to use a voucher?

Yes, your customers/employees/stakeholders need to have the latest version of the Gojek app installed on their smartphone to claim the voucher code you provided. 
 

If they don’t have a Gojek account, please advise them to create one in order to redeem the voucher code. They’ll be prompted to create one the first time they click the link from the placeholder text that we provide in .csv file.
