You will level up on GoClub when you reach a certain milestone of XP as follows:

• Reach 200 XP to level up from Warga to Bos
• Reach 1.500 XP to level up from Bos to Juragan
• Reach 6.000 XP to level up from Juragan to Anak Sultan

The total XP that you have collected, your level, and the number of XP that you need to collect to level up can be seen on the GoClub main page.

However, your level can also get downgraded if you fail to collect a certain amount of XP within 6 (six) months from the time you reach a new level. Read more about it here.
