Here are some things to know and ensure when you can't use GoPay Coins in the Gojek app:

• GoPay Coins balance is sufficienft for transactions
• GoPay PIN has been entered correctly
• GoPay can be used for transactions (not being frozen). If your GoPay is frozen, report to us via this article
• The app used is the latest version.
• Internet connection is stable.

If the GoPay Coins  cannot be used on Tokopedia, ensure your Gojek account is linked with Tokopedia and the Tokopedia PIN is entered correctly.
