We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. If your GoPay account is temporarily locked, it's because we found no transaction using any payment methods for the last 360 days. But not to worry, we can reactivate your GoPay account so you can use it as much as you want. Please submit a request to us via Gojek Help page (on My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below

*Contact Us button only accessible when you open this page on your phone/tablet

The reactivation process will take for 3 days after you submit the request. We will notify you once the reactivation process is done and your account is active.
