I can't use LinkAja to pay order

Please make sure these things below if you can’t use LinkAja to pay your order: 

  • You have registered your LinkAja 
  • When registering LinkAja, you have entered the same number that registered on Gojek app 
  • LinkAja is only available for transactions at GoTix, GoRide, GoCar, and GoBlueBird services
  • Your LinkAja balance is sufficient 
  • Your LinkAja account is active and not blocked 
  • Your GoPay account is active and not blocked
