If the driver cancels your transaction, we will automatically find a new driver who is nearest to you. For GoFood and GoShop, if the driver cancels your purchase due to a closed restaurant or store, you can make a purchase at another restaurant or store.
If after we find a new driver, some drivers still cancel your transaction, we are truly sorry. This could be because the driver is not ready to take your purchase or booking, or there is an urgent matter that led to the cancellation. However, we will always encourage and educate drivers to accept bookings when they are ready.
If a driver cancels my transaction and my GoPay balance is lost, what should I do?
