My package delivery was completed without being delivered by the driver

Important! If you haven’t received your package from an online shopping/e-commerce site using GoSend, please contact the related site to confirm your transaction.

We are really sorry if the driver did not deliver your package, but suddenly the delivery status was completed/delivered.

Do these things as the first solution:

  • Check your chat history with the driver (can be seen up to 24 hours after the transaction is completed). Perhaps the driver has notified and informed that your package has been received by someone else.
  • Check proof of delivery in the Summary delivery page on the Gojek app.
  • If there is no news from the driver, you can contact the driver via chat up to 6 hours after the transaction is completed.

However, if the driver cannot be contacted and your package is still not delivered after you have waited, you can report to us through this article.
